Sangeetha Cholayil Pootha Malare – This is our tribute to the music legend & our Guru Shri. MBS for his immense contribution to the world of music, particularly to the Indian Choral Music.
Mazhai – Mahakavi Bharathiyar’s poetic verse on rain is beautifully composed in a 6 part harmony by the legend Shri MBS. This projects the qualities of rain & the sounds related to it only through human voices.
Amma Undhan – Bharathidasan’s this poem on ‘Mother’ was previously sung in a film by Mrs. Vani Jayaram along with the chorus under the music director of Shri MBS. The same has been choralized for our group.
Aduvome Pallu Paduvome – This famous poem of Mahakavi Bharathiyar is composed by Shri MBS with full of vigor & patriotic emotions.
Palingu Maaligai – This song written by Shri K C S Arunalchalam is about Jawaharlal Nehru
Oli Padaitha Kanninai – Beautiful harmonies perfectly blended with the patriotic lyrics of Mahakavi Bharathiyar
Suttum Vizhi – This love song of Mahakavi Bharathiyar is the work of our Vice President Shri D Ramachandran who feels MBS Sir has done this composition through him.

Choral Music workshop @ Vidya Mandir (12th Jan,2015)
Vidya Mandir, Mylapore invited Madras Youth Choir to conduct a Choral Music workshop for its students on 12th January, 2015 at their school premises. Shri P.C. Ramakrishna, a senior member conducted this workshop and also taught them a Bengali song composed by Gurudev Tagore.
